APPLICATION DECISIONS
All admissions decisions are sent to applicants on Friday, April 14th, 2017 after 5pm (PDT).

For Summer 2017, over 3,500 applications were received for the four campuses.  COSMOS is a very competitive program, with an exceptional applicant pool.  If you did not receive an admissions offer, we hope you are able to apply again in future years.  Applications available in January 2018!

ADMISSION DEADLINES
Admitted students must acceptance or decline (no response is considered decline) their admission to COSMOS by April 28th, 2017 by 5:00 PM (PDT) in the student portal.  

WAITLIST
In case you are admitted from a waitlist later than April 14th, a one-week period will be given to take action on acceptance and payment of non-refundable deposit.

PAYMENTS AND DEADLINES
(times specific to credit card payments, checks must be postmarked by the date notes)

DEPOSIT ON TUITION DUE APRIL 28th, 2017 by 5pm (PDT)

All admitted students: $200 
a non-refundable fee paid if admitted to secure your place in COSMOS, not covered by financial aid
This deposit will go toward your tuition and be deducted from your tuition balance. 

REMAINING TUITION DUE BY JUNE 2nd, 2017 by 5pm (PDT)

In-State: $3,370
a fee paid for room, board, and all academic expenses, financial aid applications available
Total tuition may vary based on awarded financial aid.

Out-of-State: $5,800
any student from outside of California, not eligible for financial aid

TOTAL IN-STATE TUITION: $3,570
TOTAL OUT-OF-STATE TUITION: $6,000

As of April 2017, all credit card payments incur a 2.3% service fee.  University banking policy dictates that we assess this charge separately from the deposit and tuition payments, thus you will be asked to submit two payments, 1) tuition and/or deposit, and 2) the 2.3% service fee.  If you choose to pay by credit card, you must submit both the payment and the service fee before the stated deadlines for your admission to be complete. Alternatively, you may choose to avoid the 2.3% service charge, by mailing a check or money order, postmarked by stated deadline, to:

ADDITIONAL MATERIALS

Each campus requires several documents to attend COSMOS.  These include waivers, permission slips, medical information, etc.  Please be sure to review these documents carefully, and submit as instructed.
